The VALERIO CHAN & ONOFRE LAW OFFICES (formerly Guerrero Valerio & Chan) is a full-service law firm that provides quality legal support and services to clients primarily in the fields of corporate law, labor law, criminal and civil litigation, property, and taxation.
Established in 2017, the VCO LAW main office is conveniently located within proximity to the Clark Freeport Zone, making it a convenient legal support center for various businesses located inside said zone. In April 2019, the Firm established a branch office at Balibago, Angels City to accommodate its also increasing clientele within Metro Angeles. In January 2025, the Firm opened another branch in Magalang, Pampanga.
The firm’s roster of clients traverses several sectors including business process outsourcing, e-commerce, hospitality, information technology, education, construction, quarrying, manufacturing, real estate, esthetics, and manpower.
VCO LAW handles (a) establishment of corporations, joint ventures, branches of foreign corporations, initial public offerings (IPO) and other forms of doing business; (b) corporate housekeeping; (c) commercial, civil, and criminal litigation; (d) taxation and estate settlements; (e) real property sales and acquisitions; and (f) labor law compliance, employee discipline, and litigation.
The Firm also provides advice and assistance in the structuring of corporate and commercial transactions; trade and investments; banking and finance; intellectual property enforcement and protection; corporate rehabilitation and insolvency; media and entertainment.
